I am feeding my cat Natural Balance Indoor Formula. But my friend said it is no different form the regular canned foods for example Natural Balance Turkey and Giblets Formula. Is it better for my indoor kitties? What does it do?

Honestly, stick with your dry food. I have been told my multiple vets that to much wet food is bad for your kitties digestive stystem. Im sure every now and again it wouldnt hurt. Except, the switch from dry food to wet food will cause your cat to have diahrea. If your cat is used to the dry stuff, stay with it. And im sure NAtural Balance Indoor is perfectly fine for your cat.
